When it comes to planning a wedding, there’s different elements of logistics and emotions that get involved. Often at times, couples find themselves spending a lot of time navigating their relationships with their partner, family, and in-laws.

My main aim is providing a supportive space for clients to reduce the stress of communicating in fear and find the words to express themselves clearly.

I offer sessions that are focussed on building resilience, strengthening communication and empowering leadership skills.
