What is Eternity and how does it work?

We are a Directory & Planning platform for Weddings & Events. We help Brides & Grooms to meet their dream Suppliers. By using our service, Brides & Grooms can search through our Supplier Directory, create an event-by-event Checklist, track their Budgets & Expenses, and much more!

Suppliers have opportunities to market themselves further, to couples searching in specific areas, price ranges and expertise! Alongside this, they can also collaborate and connect with various Suppliers.

We want our platform to be useful and convenient for everyone. Sign up now to experience all our wonderful features!

Where are the Suppliers based?

Our Platform currently offers services within England, and we will continuously be looking to expand. We are actively recruiting Suppliers nationwide, to provide the best experience for our Brides & Grooms. To search for Suppliers in your local area, filter them through the Supplier Directory.

How much does the platform cost?

Eternity is completely free for Brides & Grooms to use! You don’t even need an account to search through our Supplier Directory, but to access our full Planning features (we definitely recommend this!) you will be required to create an Account.

Eternity charges our Suppliers a fee based on the nature of your business, to ensure we are as fair as possible. Find out more by signing up today.

  1. OUR SERVICES

i. Through the use of our Eternity services, as a supplier, you will provide your own third-party links for consumers to contact you. v. The Supplier acknowledges that the comments and reviews received on their supplier page are provided by consumers and not influenced by the platform. We monitor the reviews on a best efforts basis, and if required, can remove any inappropriate, incorrect, abusive or aggressive reviews or content.

  1. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

i. Suppliers acknowledge that the fees charged to become an active Supplier are to be paid on a monthly basis, commencing on the date of the first payment.

ii. Suppliers can cancel the subscription at any time, to take effect at the end of the pre-paid billing month period; at which point the profile will automatically switch to be an inactive Supplier. This can be re-activated at any time, once the Supplier resumes monthly subscription payments.

iii. Each Supplier is on a different pricing structure, based on the nature of the business. The commercial information exchanged between the Supplier and Eternity is confidential information, and each party is obliged to maintain confidentiality.

vi. If Suppliers opt to downgrade to a Basic plan, they will be required to cancel the existing Advanced plan and apply for new membership onto the Basic plan.

vi. Fees may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to the email address associated with the active Supplier account within a reasonable time period prior to any changes.

vii. Any discounted promotional fees provided at onboarding will be for a limited time only, as disclosed at the time of the active offer. Once the limited time period has lapsed, subscription fees will revert to the original fees.

  1. PROHIBITED INFORMATION AND CONTENT

ii. Suppliers must not disrespect our consumers, whether this be via communications on or beyond our platform. Any misconduct may lead to termination of your supplier profile.

  1. PAID ADVERTISING

i. As a supplier, you are only allowed to promote any short-term promotional offers or deals on our platform in the form of Ads, which must comply with the Advertising Standards Authority.

ii. The promotions remain as an agreement between the supplier and the consumer; and whilst these are not legally binding between the consumer and Eternity, we require you to respect our consumers and provide them with the best service.

ii. Any misuse could lead to grounds for supplier profile removal.

iii. The usage of our Ad functionality is only available for active Advanced Suppliers. All Ads are reviewed by Eternity on a best effort basis.

iv. Ads are services which are not included in the monthly subscription fee, and an additional ad-hoc and/or subscription is charged to the cardholder based on the level of service.

iv. Our Ads pricing is reflective of the demand and seasonality of the platform, and may vary as frequently as each week. We are not obliged to inform you of any changes in advance.

v. Any existing subscriptions remain unaffected by Ad pricing changes, until expiry of the plan. Renewal will incur the new and revised pricing fees.
